The following conditions will be applicable:

Before April 30th 2025: Full refund available minus administration cost of 50€

From April 30th 2025 until July 30th 2025: Refund of 50% of the paid registration fee

From August 2nd or in case of no-show: no refund.

Name changes are possible:not possible
