In the case you have to cancel your participation, please contact the secretariat of the congress (Semico nv)

The following conditions will be applicable:
Before August 10th 2026: Full refund available minus administration cost of 50€
From August 10th 2026 until August 25th: Refund of 50% of the paid registration fee
From August 25th or in case of no-show: no refund.
All refunbd will be processed within 30 days following the B-ORL Congress.
Name changes are possible: cost: 50,00 €.
