The following conditions will be applicable:

Before March 5th 2024: Full refund available minus administration cost of 40€

From March 6th 2024 until March 10th: Refund of 50% of the paid registration fee

From March 10th or in case of no-show: no refund.

All refunbd will be processed within 30 days following the B-ORL Spring Congress.

Name changes are possible: cost: 50,00 €.
